From our friendly riding family Hothum from Baden-Württemberg we were able to acquire St.Pr.St. Die kleine Ballerina, who was very successfully used there in FEI tests with daughter Lara Hothum. At the age of three, Die kleine Ballerina was placed fifth at the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf under Nina Hanke and was awarded best registered broodmare in Germany by the FN. As a five-year old she was also very successful again in Warendorf under Maike Mende. The little Ballerina was born in the glorious breeding station of Werner Steinheuer. She is one of the very few daughters of the so valuable Bundeschampion Don't Forget. Her dam is none other than the mare Derbina, who in turn is sister to the European Champion Danilo, Disney World and the top sire Danny Gold. Derbina is also the dam of Darubi Gold and the mare Derbina Gold WE, who has already been used in our breeding program, so we hope that the successes of the Golden Charm and Pamina lines will continue. We are very thankful and proud that the Hothum family has given us this special mare! :-)
